in Singapore seeks a project engineer to oversee contract execution and monitor installation progress, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality across M&E tasks. You will prepare method statements, shop drawings, and progress reports, liaise with authorities for inspections, testing, and commissioning, and contribute to procurement within budget while supporting project negotiations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience handling and monitoring progress of projects in construction.

• Oversee contract execution and monitor installation progress, ensuring timely delivery through coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, technical submissions, and work progress reports for M&E-related tasks.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues, and coordinate with authorities for inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Assist in procurement of materials, equipment, and labour within budget while supporting project negotiations.
• Apply expertise in Data Centers, DfMA, and specialized systems such as VAV/VRV, chillers, chilled water pipes, and lighting control systems.
