Job summary

JIH SUN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator with a background in electrical engineering to support HT/LT project works. You will coordinate with SPPG, clients and contractors to schedule activities and ensure timely delivery.

The role welcomes entry-level candidates with training provided. The successful applicant will handle quotations, PO follow-ups, and intranet reporting, with on-call and emergency responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power Engineering (or equivalent).
• Open to entry-level candidates or applicants with no prior experience (training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SPPG, clients, and contractors for scheduled project works.
• Attend to call-out, switching, and emergency response services.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to secure Purchase Orders (POs).
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and relevant authorities on High Voltage/Low Voltage (HT/LT) projects.
• Update the intranet weekly with job-tracking details (invitations to quote, quotation numbers, PO tracking for confirmed jobs, report numbers, call-out services, and other relevant updates).
