Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Degree / Entry-Level) to support site surveys and discussions with clients and contractors, coordinating with LEW, owners/users, and vendors to meet electrical requirements.

You will assist in preparing reports and method statements, ensuring EMS adherence under LEW supervision, and participate in maintenance, testing, and safety activities on LT/HT installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend site surveys/meetings with client/contractors/sub-contractors with LEW supervision and coordinate with owners/users, consultants, vendors/contractors on electrical requirements.
• Prepare reports and method statements; ensure electrical works comply with EMA guidelines under LEW supervision.
• Carry out regular site inspections on LT and HT installations to ensure maintenance programmes are executed safely and effectively.
• Standby and assist LEW at emergency call-outs; investigate root causes of faults and report findings.
• Interpret basic schematics and SLD diagrams; potentially take on Specialist Equipment role and provide training to staff.
• Plan and execute corrective or preventive maintenance programmes; support Annual Shutdown exercises and ensure proper housekeeping of spare parts.
• Assist LEW in testing and commissioning of electrical systems; ensure all works meet safety procedures.

Job Description

1) To attend to site survey/meetings/discussions with client/contractors/sub-contractors on related matters together with the LEW (when required). Providing feasible solutions and coordinate with owners/users, consultants, vendors/contractors on engineering functional requirements and ensure the objectives are achieved.

2) Ability to prepare report and method statement whenever necessary. Perform all electrical works in adherence to EMA regulations and guidelines with the LEW supervision

3) Assisting the PE/LEW to carry out regular site inspections on LT and HT installations to ensure that all maintenance programmes are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.

4) Standby and partnering with LEW in attending to emergency call up services at customer installations. Investigate and determine the root cause of the faults and report (where applicable)

5) Able to interpret basic schematics and SLD diagrams. Required to take on a Specialist Equipment role, may be sent to receive specialised training and subsequently providing training to internal staff.

6) Plan and execution of corrective or preventive maintenance programme. Participate in and support Annual Shutdown exercises as and when required. Ensure proper housekeeping of spare parts, equipment and tools.

7) Assist the LEW in Test and commissioning of electrical system. Provide excellent service to meet client expectations. Ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures.
