We are seeking experienced and proactive Workshop Operations team members who are excited by the opportunity to build and grow a new automotive brand from the ground up in Singapore. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved across three key phases (Startup, Transition, and Operations), playing an integral role in establishing the workshop, developing operational processes, and supporting the successful launch and ongoing operations of the brand.
Set up the workshop with the brand Aftersales Lead while adhering to the agreed timeline and ensuring a clean, practical, efficient, conducive and safe working environment.
Familiarise with the vehicles’ functions, operations, features, OEM systems and any other requirements in preparation for full product launch in the near future.
Performmechanical & electrical diagnostics, repairs and maintenanceon vehicles in accordance with local, international or OEM standards.
Ensure quality throughput while maintaining efficiency.
Responsible for materials and parts used, ensuring clear repair records are maintained, supporting test results are provided, and job orders/checklists are completed where necessary.
Proactively report any unsafe, abnormal conditions, as well as areas for improvement to the Aftersales Lead.
Any other tasks as per assigned by Management.
NITEC/NTC3 certificationwith NESS equivalent Certification in Automotive Technology preferred.
Minimum3 years of hands-on automotive experience, with validClass 3 Singapore driving license preferred.
Hands-on and proactive approach, with willingness to learn.
Basic proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred (reading, writing, and speaking).
