Job summary

The role requires experience in community services or eldercare, with Mandarin proficiency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking beneficiaries. Some evening or weekend activities may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of community care programmes within the assigned cluster.
• Act as the primary contact for beneficiaries, providing timely support and assistance.
• Conduct beneficiary intake interviews and enter data into records systems.
• Plan and coordinate outreach activities and community events to engage beneficiaries and stakeholders.
• Organise distributions of meals, groceries, and other support items to beneficiaries.
• Collaborate with volunteers to facilitate befriending programmes and beneficiary visits.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and update records for reporting and compliance.
• Participate in hotline duty rotation to respond to beneficiary enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure beneficiaries receive services.

• Manage daily operations of community care programmes within the assigned cluster to ensure smooth delivery
• Act as the primary contact for beneficiaries, providing timely support and assistance
• Conduct beneficiary intake interviews and enter data accurately into records systems
• Plan and coordinate outreach activities and community events to engage beneficiaries and stakeholders
• Organise and oversee distributions of meals, grocery packs, and other support items to beneficiaries
• Collaborate with volunteers to facilitate befriending programmes and beneficiary visits
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and update records for accurate reporting and compliance
• Participate in hotline duty rotation to respond promptly to beneficiary enquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure beneficiaries receive appropriate services and support

Preferred competencies and qualifications
