Job summary

KINDEN CORPORATION is seeking a seasoned EHS Manager to oversee and drive safety across multiple construction sites in Singapore. You will develop and enforce EHS policies, manage WSH officers, and lead incident investigations to ensure rapid corrective actions.

Strong knowledge of WSH legislation and ISO standards is essential. You will travel between project sites, mentor safety staff, and liaise with clients and authorities to promote a robust safety culture.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Must be MOM Registered WSHO.
• Minimum 6 years of WSH experience in construction, including supervisory/management roles.
• Experience leading safety teams and multiple construction project sites.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and construction safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage EHS matters across multiple construction project sites.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH legislation, statutory requirements, and company standards.

• Oversee site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments, and high-risk construction activities.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Provide safety advice and recommendations to senior management and project teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on EHS matters.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare management reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO Integrated Management Systems and promote a strong safety culture.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently and travel between project sites across Singapore.
• Experience in a Japanese or multinational construction company is an added advantage.
