Job summary

PRIDE-CHEM INDUSTRIES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead the company’s environment, health and safety program. You will ensure ISO 45001 compliance, conduct audits, manage licenses, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.

You will coordinate with government agencies, deliver training, perform risk assessments, investigate incidents, and organise emergency response drills to foster a proactive safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EHS management systems and ISO 45001.
• Proven ability to conduct internal, ISO and customer audits.
• Ensure licenses and permits are valid and up to date.
• Coordinate with government agencies on EHS matters.
• Deliver EHS training for employees and contractors.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement controls.
• Organise safety meetings and site inspections.
• Lead emergency response planning and drills.
• Promote a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage EHS management system and documentation (ISO 45001, BizSafe Level Star).
• Keep up to date and ensure compliance with current regulations and other requirements.
• Ensure all licenses and permits are valid and licensing conditions are adhered to.
• Lead EHS internal/ISO/Customer related audits.
• Liaise and coordinate with government agencies on EHS matters.
• Conduct EHS training (SIC for new employees, contractors).
• Conduct and review risk assessments and implement control measures.
• Conduct regular EHS meetings and site inspections and prepare reports.
• Monitor and review work activities to develop safe work procedures.
• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend improvements or corrective actions.
• Organise safety health promotion and improvement programs.
• Encourage safe working culture.
• Manage ERP and CERT Team; conduct evacuation and drills.
