Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced HSE professional to manage and maintain the company HSE policies, procedures and records in Singapore. The role involves driving improvement initiatives, coordinating audits, and leading safety programs to ensure compliance with statutory and customer requirements.

The successful candidate will participate in safety committees, liaise with departments, and oversee risk assessments, training materials, and emergency response activities to safeguard

Responsibilities

• Manage implementing the company HSE policies, procedures and guidelines and maintain HSE record-keeping and company database.
• Propose and execute improvement initiatives to the company HSE management system to comply with the statutory, customer and corporate requirements.
• Ensure active participation in the company safety committee works, liaise closely with various department to facilitate and drive the progress of the company HSE plan and programs.
• Manage HSE operating procedure, safety training materials and any relevant documentation or manual in supporting of the company HSE management system
• Oversee and facilitate workplace risk/hazard assessment and analysis, pollution prevention/ control and various HSE activities.
• Conduct /assist in workplace HSE inspections and audits, following up on the effective implementation and closure of associated corrective/remedial actions.
• Reviewing/corresponding of relevant customer or third-party queries and assessments on the company HSE management systems, as part of the company project tender (ITB) requirements.
• Manage and coordinate internal/external HSE audit programs, lead incident reporting/investigation and be the first line in emergency response, assuming HSE administrative duties and undertake any ad-hoc tasks, project or assignment as required and directed by the company management.
• Support Facilities in Fire Safety related programs such as Emergency Evacuation drill, table-top exercise.
• Overall managing HSE Aspects of the plant.
