Job summary

Microsoft Regional Sales Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Education Account Technology Strategist to lead technology strategy for Public Sector Education customers.

You will partner with the Account Executive to drive AI, cloud, data, and security roadmaps and orchestrate specialists, engineers, and partners to deliver measurable outcomes. You will leverage education-sector insights to shape differentiated recommendations, executive briefings, and reusable practices across teaching,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required and 6+ years of relevant technical consulting or sales experience is expected.
• 8+ years in technical consulting, technology strategy, or related customer-facing work.
• Experience in education, public sector, or similarly complex regulated environments.
• Ability to advise executives and lead multi-year AI, cloud, data, security, and modern work transformations.
• Proven success coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer technology and AI strategy work, translating priorities into a multi-year roadmap.
• Build trusted executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs/CDOs/CISOs and other senior leaders.
• Partner with Account Executive to define account strategy and growth opportunities.
• Orchestrate cross-solution delivery with engineers, customer success teams, and partners.
• Shape responsible AI strategies for teaching, learning, research, and administration.
• Drive value realization, adoption, and progress toward business outcomes and growth.
• Share education-sector trends and best practices through workshops and briefings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field
