Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Lead Engineering Manager (Salesforce) to guide the engineering of Salesforce Education Cloud platforms powering MOE workflows. You will balance technical excellence, people leadership, and delivery at national scale to support educators and schools.

You will set engineering standards, translate complex user needs into scalable designs, ensure security and reliability, and drive cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and stakeholders in a fast-paced

Qualifications

5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
At least 2 years in a technical leadership or people-management role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modelling, security, and integrations.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Proven track record delivering large-scale, high-availability Salesforce solutions.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
