Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–5 years in sales, marketing or customer service.
• Experience in customer service and sales conversion processes.
• Experience planning and executing recruitment events, talks, open houses and outreach campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the higher education industry in Singapore.
• Results-oriented, driven, analytical and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead local student recruitment operations and promote the SIM brand.
• Supervise and coach the team to meet departmental goals and comply with policies.
• Attend inquiries via walk-ins, phone, email and live chat during peak periods.
• Analyse leads follow-up reports and drive improvements.
• Monitor market knowledge and share insights with the team.
• Plan and coordinate events from concept to post-event evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for events and campaigns.
• Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle and optimize participant experiences.
• Leverage community engagement to build brand awareness in Singapore.
