SingHealth Academy is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage Education Philanthropic Funds within SingHealth's education and research ecosystem. You will coordinate fund planning, validation against donor purpose, and grant approvals, working with multiple stakeholders to uphold governance.

You will track requests, awards and utilisation, prepare grant communications, and support post-award administration, including stewardship reporting and auditing documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Good analytical and coordination skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
• Organised and meticulous, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently.
• A collaborative team player who is also capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning, preparation, review and approval of education funds and grants.
• Track fund requests, awards and utilisation and create reports as required.
• Prepare grant communications and monitor post‑award funding to ensure governance and budgeting.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings, including minutes and scheduling with stakeholders.
