Job summary

SingHealth Academy, part of SingHealth Group, is seeking a Senior Executive to manage the financial administration and coordination of Education Philanthropic Funds. The role partners with multiple stakeholders to plan, review, and approve donor-aligned fund requests, ensuring timely reporting and governance across grants.

You will track fund requests, awards, and utilisation, prepare communications, and support post-award activities, including stewardship reports and auditing documentation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any discipline.
• Strong analytical and coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial administration of Education Philanthropic Funds and liaise with stakeholders.
• Coordinate planning, review, and approval of fund requests aligned with donor purposes.
• Prepare grant communications, track awards and fund utilisation, and produce stewardship reports.
• Ensure governance and compliance with grant terms; prepare documentation for auditing.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and coordinate with partners on initiatives.
