Job summary

DR Pacific Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Education Consultant & Admissions Executive to follow up with prospective clients, develop suitable education pathways, and manage the entire school application, visa application and enrolment process after signing.

The role includes coordinating with students and parents, handling applications, and offering education-related service packages. Training and commission incentives are provided to strong performers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification required.
• Prior experience in education consulting, client follow-up, education sales, school applications, visa processing or student services is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal Chinese communication skills for regular communication with Chinese-speaking students, parents and partner agents.
• Good English reading, writing and communication skills to understand school/government documents and write professional emails.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into signed clients.
• Manage school applications, visa processing and enrolment from signing to completion of service delivery.
• Prepare and review application timelines and document checklists; monitor progress and respond promptly to requests.
