Job summary

AUSED-UNIED CONSULTANTS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated education advisor in Singapore to guide students and parents on opportunities across multiple countries. You will manage applications, coordinate with partner institutions, and support recruitment activities to drive enrolment success.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining accurate student records, and liaising with overseas partners. Travel for recruitment events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (Overseas graduate preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage relationships with students and partners
• Experience with school or university admission and selection processes to guide applicants accurately
• Strong motivation and self-drive to achieve recruitment targets independently and collaboratively
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in managing applications and student data
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in the education industry is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of education systems and offerings across multiple countries to advise prospective students and parents effectively
• Respond promptly and professionally to student enquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins to convert interest into applications
• Manage and update student information and application records accurately using CRM systems to ensure data integrity
• Coordinate and liaise with overseas partner institutions to facilitate smooth application and admission processes
• Plan and actively participate in student recruitment events and seminars to promote educational opportunities
• Provide after-sales support including processing student visa applications and student accommodation to ensure a seamless student experience
• Travel occasionally as required to support recruitment and partnership activities
