Job summary

EDU STAR Academic Centre Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-oriented professional to drive student recruitment for tuition programmes and overseas education services.

You will actively generate leads, engage with students and parents, and guide them from initial consultation to enrolment and payment. The role also encompasses planning social media marketing to boost brand awareness and lead flow. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, meet revenue targets, and maintain relationships for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline.
• Strong sales, student recruitment and business development capabilities.
• Proven ability to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Experience in education sales, student recruitment, tuition or education consulting is highly preferred.
• Experience in social media marketing, content creation and digital lead generation.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Drive student recruitment for tuition programmes, academic services and overseas education application services.
• Generate new leads and develop recruitment channels beyond enquiries.
• Communicate with prospective students and parents to understand goals and needs.
• Recommend programmes and education solutions to convert enquiries into enrolments.
• Manage full sales process from lead generation to enrolment and payment.
• Meet monthly and annual sales/revenue targets.
• Maintain relationships with students and parents; develop referrals.
• Plan and execute social media marketing to generate leads; manage social media accounts.
