The role focuses on securing partnerships with tuition centres and education providers, organizing product demos and pilots, and building a robust partner pipeline to support growth targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications or related discipline.
• Experience in business development, partnerships, account management, education, EdTech, or related fields.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills demonstrated through stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to conduct outreach, network effectively, and engage external stakeholders to build partnerships.
• Results-driven mindset with experience working towards clear partnership and user-growth objectives.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in education, technology, and AI-enabled learning products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure partnerships with tuition centres, tutors, enrichment providers, and education-related organisations to expand Zairoo's market presence.
• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations, trials, and pilot programmes to showcase Zairoo's capabilities and benefits.
• Build and manage a comprehensive pipeline of potential partners, overseeing outreach, engagement, and onboarding processes.
• Drive user acquisition and increase product adoption by implementing partnership and referral initiatives aligned with growth targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support campaign execution and incorporate partner feedback for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyse partnership outcomes, user growth metrics, and conversion performance to inform strategic decisions.
