Job summary

Wild Dynasty Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to lead the development and growth of AI-powered education products by collaborating across teams to translate user needs into prioritized product improvements.

You will own the product roadmap, gather user feedback, and work with Engineering, AI, UX/UI, content, and marketing teams to deliver features that enhance functionality and user experience. Strong agile and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, IS, PM, or related field.
• 3–6 years of product management or digital product experience.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills applied to product tasks.
• Ownership mindset to drive projects from concept to execution.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup or growth-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap, defining priorities and feature requirements to align with business goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related discipline
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Product Management, digital products, technology, or related roles
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills applied to product management tasks
• Ability to take ownership and independently drive projects from concept through execution
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup or growth-stage environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with AI-powered products, EdTech, or education platforms
• Familiarity with product analytics and interpreting user behavior data to guide decisions
• Experience working with teachers, tutors, students, or education-related products
• Basic understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations
• Experience launching or scaling digital products
