Job summary

Wild Dynasty PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on marketing professional to drive growth and user acquisition for its AI education platform, Zairoo, collaborating with Product, AI, and UX/UI teams to expand brand presence regionally.

The role plans and executes growth marketing, manages digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads), builds partnerships with influencers, tracks performance, and supports product launches, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, user acquisition, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar.
• Good understanding of social media marketing, campaign performance, and digital analytics.
• Experience working with influencers, agencies, business partners, or external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience in EdTech, education, technology, SaaS, or startup environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel for business when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute growth marketing and user acquisition strategies to increase platform users and engagement.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
• Develop and coordinate collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and partners to boost product awareness and user engagement.
• Track campaign performance, user acquisition, conversion, and engagement metrics; analyze data to recommend actionable improvements.
• Identify and pursue education, business, and strategic partnership opportunities to support growth initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, AI, and UX/UI teams to translate user and market feedback into actionable product and marketing improvements.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to drive user adoption.
• Travel overseas as needed for business meetings, market development, events, or partnership activities.
