Wild Dynasty Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven marketing professional to support the growth of Zairoo.ai, an AI-powered education platform.

The role focuses on user acquisition, paid digital campaigns, campaign optimisation and performance analysis, collaborating with Marketing, Product and AI teams. Key responsibilities include planning and optimizing campaigns across Meta, Google and other channels, driving traffic and conversions, analysing performance metrics, and conducting A/B tests to

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or similar advertising platforms.
• Good understanding of digital analytics, campaign optimisation and conversion performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google and other relevant channels.
• Drive user acquisition, traffic, conversion and engagement for the Zairoo platform.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics such as acquisition cost, conversion rate, engagement and return on advertising spend.
• Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements to campaigns, creatives and landing pages.
• Work closely with Content, UX/UI and Product teams to improve campaign effectiveness and user conversion.
• Identify new digital channels and growth opportunities to expand product reach.
• Support influencer, KOL and digital partnership campaigns where required.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support product launches and other marketing initiatives.
• Travel for business meetings, events or market development activities when required.
