Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks an HR Business Partner to build strong partnerships with senior leaders and HR COE teams to implement People Strategies in the Education Industry.

You will liaise with stakeholders across Schools/Colleges, Administrative and Research clusters to ensure alignment of HR initiatives and policies, and to drive workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 4–6 years of HR experience and relevant knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders and COE teams to develop and execute People Strategies.
• Partner with Schools/Colleges, Administrative and Research clusters on HR needs.
• Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and tenure planning.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employment law, performance and talent management.
