Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with HODs and team leads to manage end-to-end recruitment, headcount tracking, sourcing, interviewing, salary proposals, onboarding and offboarding.

You will collaborate with schools and agencies on recruitment drives and outreach programmes, handle employee relations, advise on HR policies, drive staff engagement, and manage work pass applications for foreign hires while supporting performance reviews and HRIS

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in HRM or related disciplines with at least 2 years of HR Business Partnering experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous with high degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
• Ability to multitask, with positive and can-do attitude.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HOD and Team Leads to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes, tracking the Business Unit's headcount, sourcing and interviewing of candidates, salary proposal, supporting the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
• Collaborate with schools and agencies on recruitment drives and outreach programmes to facilitate human capital needs.
• Handle all employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievances and performance related issues.
• Provide timely advice to employees on HR policies and procedures with the aim to enhance employee communication, engagement and performance.
• Facilitate and be the minute-taker for staff engagement initiatives.
• Handle work pass applications/renewals for any foreign hires and related matters.
• Support all major HR activities such as performance management review, annual declaration exercise.
• Participate in HRIS system testing when necessary.
• Participate in HR process improvement projects, surveys and HR admin duties as and when assigned.
