Formación

• Minimum degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR programmes and initiatives across talent acquisition, manpower planning, learning and development, employee engagement and HR operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to roll out HR projects and refine HR workflows.
• Provide daily operational guidance and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in overseeing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
