STUDY TRUST INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Partnerships Specialist to drive enrolment growth for our Language Centre and Educational Mobile App across Singapore and ASEAN.

You will develop digital and offline marketing strategies, build partnerships with schools and educational organisations, plan events, campaigns and webinars, and analyse performance to provide actionable insights for growth.

Competenze

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required in order to communicate effectively with key clients and stakeholders, as well as to create marketing content tailored for Chinese-speaking market.
• Experience in ASEAN markets and cross-border partnerships is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for sales and marketing are welcome to apply.

• Plan and implement promotional events, workshops, and webinars to engage potential students and partners.
• Track, analyse, and report on marketing and sales performance, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the team to create marketing materials, including content for social media, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
