Job summary

STUDY TRUST INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-oriented marketing professional to drive digital campaigns, lead generation, and app growth across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and content marketing.

You will manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with product and education teams to improve user engagement and enrolments. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred to reach diverse audiences in Education tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on digital marketing, performance or growth marketing.
• Experience planning and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation, targeting, and budget management.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, website management, and landing pages.
• Experience with mobile app marketing and analytics tools is a plus.
• Proficient in GA4, ads platforms, and performance reporting.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital campaigns to generate qualified leads and student enrolments.
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, keywords, and A/B tests to improve conversions and ROAS.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Develop and execute app marketing strategies to increase awareness, downloads, and retention.
• Manage app user acquisition and re-engagement campaigns across channels.
• Analyse app performance and collaborate with product to promote new features.
• Manage websites and landing pages to improve traffic and lead conversions.
• Implement SEO strategies including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Coordinate social media campaigns, content calendars, and branding across channels.
• Plan integrated online/offline campaigns and partnerships to expand reach.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and optimize marketing spend.
