Job summary

Victoria World Academy Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an energetic Student Recruitment Executive to drive enrolment growth. You will engage prospective students and parents, follow up on enquiries, and build strong relationships with education agents and partners to hit targets.

The role offers an attractive base salary with commission and performance incentives, with opportunities to develop sales, marketing, and education partnerships within the institution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, student recruitment, telemarketing, customer service, or admissions is preferred.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on prospective student enquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Nurture leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, events, and online enquiries.
• Advise prospective students and parents on programmes, admission requirements, fees, and career pathways.
• Conduct presentations and programme briefings to prospective students, parents, education agents, and corporate partners.
• Represent the school at education fairs, open houses, recruitment events, school visits, and networking activities.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and recruitment activities in the CRM system.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
