PAP Community Foundation in Singapore seeks a seasoned Centre Operations Director to oversee multiple centres, ensure compliance, and drive performance. You will manage HR, finance, audit, and public relations while upholding standards across the group.

Lead curriculum leadership, develop Centre Principals, monitor teaching, and build teachers as effective facilitators. You will align resources, improve processes, and ensure KPI attainment through accreditation and innovative projects.

Competenze

• Minimum degree in Early Childhood or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of Centre operations and curriculum leadership.

Mansioni

• Overall management of the centres assigned, including HR, finance, audit, regulatory compliance and public relations.
• Level up education outcomes, securing resources, guiding curriculum matters and developing Centre Principals as curriculum leaders.
• Manage the team to optimise operational processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure financial integrity and discipline within the group with effective cost management.
• Direct the group toward timely regulatory and funding KPI compliance.
• Chart development milestones for each centre and secure resources to attain goals, including enrolment management and accreditation.
• Training and development of the team, with evidence of Training Needs Analysis and sharing best practices.
• Engage with parents and community to project a professional image for PCF and support the programmes.
