Job summary

CELSCA EDUCATION PTE. LTD. seeks a driven Centre Lead to manage daily operations of our education centre in Singapore.

The role combines operations, teaching one subject (Math or Chemistry), and leading a teaching team to achieve enrolment and retention goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced educator with strong customer-facing skills, capable of coordinating schedules, maintaining quality, and communicating effectively with parents.

Qualifications

• Former or current teacher with subject depth in Mathematics or Chemistry.
• Minimum 5 years of combined teaching and customer-facing/education centre experience.
• Experience in centre management, head of department, or equivalent operational leadership role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Centre Operations & Administration: Oversee daily operations, ensure a safe, clean learning environment and follow SOPs and policies.
• Teaching: Teach one subject (Mathematics or Chemistry) for a portion of the week, maintain lesson quality and track student progress.
• Customer Service & Parent Communication: Be the main point of contact for parents and students, build relationships to support retention and communicate enquiries clearly.
• Team & Staff Management: Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of tutors; monitor attendance and performance; lead team meetings.
• Sales & Marketing Support: Drive enrolments through lead conversion and coordinate centre events and parent engagement.
