Job summary

The Quantum Hub is seeking a proactive Tuition Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, academic quality, staff performance and growth across the centre in Singapore. You will lead administrative processes, drive enrolments, maintain high teaching standards and ensure excellent student experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification; a Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• A Master's degree or relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
• Prior management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day centre operations and administration.
• Recruit, train, and supervise teachers and staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor teaching standards and student outcomes to ensure academic quality.
• Serve as the primary contact for parents and students; address enquiries and feedback.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to attract new enrolments and grow the centre.
• Track KPIs and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management.
