Job summary

LCentral English Enrichment in Singapore seeks a Centre Manager for its Tiong Bahru centre. You will oversee centre administration, enrolments, and coach teachers and staff to deliver a high-quality experience.

This full-time role requires strong English, organization, and people skills; you will engage with students, parents, and expatriate communities while upholding brand standards and nurturing a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level qualification (or higher).
• Strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English.
• Organised, responsible, and able to multitask effectively.
• A natural people-person with a customer service mindset.
• Able to work with diverse communities, including expatriates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centre administration (rosters, scheduling, fee collection, etc.).
• Manage student enrolments (enquiries, assessments, registration).
• Support a team of teachers and administrators to deliver a high-quality experience.
• Schedule classes efficiently and ensure smooth centre operations.
• Maintain accurate records (student data, finances, reports).
• Build strong rapport with students, parents, and the teaching team.
• Uphold LCentral's brand standards in image, presentation, and service.
• Create a positive, professional, and nurturing learning environment.

Education

O-Level qualification or higher
