Matt's Education is an enrichment centre offering English, Maths and Science classes for primary and secondary levels with two outlets in Jurong West and Clementi. The role focuses on front desk support, enrolment processing, and daily centre operations to ensure a smooth learning environment.

We value friendly, customer‑oriented staff who can multi-task in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with teachers and parents to track student progress and maintain operations across the centre.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and front-line representation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk support and manage student registration, walk-ins, and parent inquiries.
• Manage day-to-day centre operations, maintain cleanliness and inventory.
• Cultivate relationships with parents/guardians and students; respond to queries.
• Coordinate class scheduling, student records and related reports.
• Collaborate with teaching staff for smooth operations and communicate progress to parents.
• Assist in preparation of lesson materials.
• Handle enrolment payments, refunds, and budget-related tasks.
• Collaborate with academic and creative teams for centre operations.
