Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Singapore seeks an Education Business Development Manager to own the Education line of business for the country. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, driving GTM initiatives, managing the order budget and P&L, and ensuring customer success with strong stakeholder alignment.

You will develop strategic accounts, oversee large-scale solutions, and work with Delivery teams to ensure profitable offerings while expanding education services in the local market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years' experience within the education / training business.
• Ability to execute long-term strategies while adapting to short-term changes in the market.
• Customer-centric focus with a track record of overachieving on customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaboration and influence with cross-functional teams, including region stakeholders.
• Business Acumen: experience in running or supporting a P&L, ensuring financial objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Country Education business, driving development, growth, and management of the business.
• Possess deep understanding of market trends and opportunities within the country, leveraging industry experience in customer training.
• Drive GTM initiatives such as Support & Technology Attach, GreenLake/aaS, and A&PS integration, maximizing impact.
• Develop key strategic accounts to build recurring revenue from training services.
• Oversee large-scale solutions, aligning with Portfolio and Delivery teams for quality and profitability.
