Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-years’ experience within the education / training business.
• Ability to execute long-term strategies while adapting to short-term changes in the market.
• Customer-centric focus with a track record of high satisfaction metrics.
• Collaboration and influence across cross-functional teams including region stakeholders.
• Business acumen with experience in running or supporting a P&L and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Country Education business, driving development, growth, and management of the business.
• Align with internal and external stakeholders to position Education as an integral part of HPE’s solutions.
• Drive GTM initiatives such as Support & Technology Attach, GreenLake/aaS, and A&PS solution integration.
• Develop key strategic accounts to build a recurring revenue stream from the training business.
• Oversee complex, large-scale solutions with alignment to Portfolio and Delivery teams.
• Ensure solutions are deployable, meet deliverables, and align with customer requirements.
• Actively seek innovative solutions that complement and enhance HPE’s portfolio.
