Job summary

ByteDance Singapore is seeking an experienced software engineer to help design and operate the company’s global network-traffic infrastructure. You will contribute to both China and Non-China edge services using self-built and third-party components, focusing on scale, performance, and cost.

The role covers architecture design, O&M automation, CMDB development, and observability systems to ensure stability and efficient incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field with 3+ years in R&D, SRE, or operations.
• Strong programming ability in Go, C or Python and solid computer theory.
• Good analytical skills, communication, responsibility and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Architect and engineer the network-traffic infrastructure operation and maintenance platform.
• Develop CMDB, O&M automation, observability, stability, and change management systems.
• Design interactive tools to improve operational efficiency for the network-traffic business.
• Explore intelligent O&M scenarios and drive evolution of system operations.
