Job summary

Univers is seeking a seasoned Product Lead - IoT Connectivity & AI Foundation to drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our edge-to-cloud connectivity engine. This leadership role bridges thousands of devices, sensors, and agents with cloud analytics and AI workflows.

You will own the lifecycle for Edge Protocol Conversion, MQTT Broker infrastructure (EMQX), and data ingestion pipelines, delivering high throughput, low latency, and enterprise-grade resilience across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, IoT, or related field.
• 6+ years in technical product management with IoT platforms or IIoT experience.
• Experience leading engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong system design and enterprise-scale platform knowledge.
• Excellent communication with senior technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IoT Connectivity and AI Foundation.
• Lead design and development of a shared platform supporting multiple AI agents.
• Define governance, telemetry, evaluations, and access management.
• Translate business needs into scalable platform requirements with engineering leads.
• Manage engineering resources and delivery priorities.
• Ensure enterprise-grade security, scalability, and availability.
• Define edge-to-cloud data pipelines and multi-protocol edge integrations.
• Collaborate with AI platform teams for real-time ingestion into AI workflows.
