Job summary

SINGAPORE HEALTH SERVICES PTE LTD's Eastern General Hospital (EGH) is seeking a dynamic individual to join the Emergency Department (ED) as a planning and operations specialist. You will support the design of patient journeys, workflows and capacity planning to optimise resources and patient care.

You will collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders, contribute to ORAT readiness, and help train frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and operational excellence of the Emergency Department (ED).
• Establish patient journey maps and workflows to optimise resources and manpower.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and events; coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
