Job summary

Eastern General Hospital (EGH) is preparing to open and seeks a General Services professional to join the team in Singapore. You will support the planning, development and readiness of core hospital support services, including Mortuary, Portering, Retail & Visitor Services, Transport, and Office Services.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and outsourced providers to design operating models, SOPs and performance frameworks, and to coordinate projects ensuring readiness for opening

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, implementation and operational readiness of key hospital support services including Mortuary Services, Portering Services, Retail & Visitor Services, Transport Services (ambulances and shuttles), and Office Services (mailroom, courier and workplace administration).
• Coordinate projects, analyze operational requirements, track timelines and ensure readiness for hospital opening and activation.
• Assist in management and monitoring of outsourced service contracts, support procurement and budgeting activities, coordinate stakeholder engagements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and customer experience.
