Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or chief of staff.
• Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong written communication; ability to turn briefs into documents quickly.
• Finisher who drives initiatives to completion.
• Familiarity with Singapore startup, innovation, or university ecosystem is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives from initiation through execution and handover to owners.
• Track progress, flag risks early, and ensure decisions are followed through.
• Design and document operational processes for new and existing programmes.
• Develop high-quality strategic decks, briefing documents, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage cadence of key meetings and coordinate cross-functional engagements with partners.
