Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate degree advantageous.
• 10+ years in research management or industry development.

• Resourceful with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analysis of industry data to identify key sectors and potential partners.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term industry engagement strategies.
• Oversee execution of engagement strategies ensuring timely delivery and alignment with ORT goals.
• Manage resources, budgets and timelines for partnerships.
• Provide leadership to teams involved in partnership execution.
