Job summary

Health Sciences Authority seeks a Manager, Ecosystem Development to support strategic leadership of integrated business development and stakeholder engagement in Singapore. You will help develop and implement strategies, conduct horizon scanning, and prepare analyses for senior leadership.

You will drive ecosystem development initiatives, analyze market trends, coordinate pro-enterprise engagements, and identify gaps to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Strong background in life sciences, public health, business administration, communications or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 2-6 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, partnership management, or stakeholder engagement within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, regulatory or related sectors.
• Demonstrated experience working with regulatory bodies, healthcare institutions, or scientific organisations is essential
• Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities with proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies.
• Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences including government agencies, industry partners, and international organisations.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments.
• Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes in partnership development and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and implementation of strategies; horizon scanning and research; prepares strategic analyses and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Executes ecosystem development initiatives; analyses market trends and feedback; coordinates day-to-day pro-enterprise engagements; identifies operational gaps and opportunities.
• Manages and nurtures key stakeholder relationships.
• Supports identification, evaluation, and development; assists in negotiating agreements; monitors partnership performance and provides update.
• Champion a culture of strategic thinking, continuous improvement, and proactive engagement throughout the organisation, ensuring alignment with HSA's long-term goals and values.
