Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore Agency is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to shape the ecosystem of career and employment services in Singapore. You will work with leadership to define standards, strengthen partnerships, and ensure services align with the agency's vision of quality career and employment outcomes.

You will lead stakeholder engagement across intermediaries, TACs, IHLs and HR providers, and develop frameworks for practitioner development and service quality.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in ecosystem or partnership development, stakeholder engagement, programme management or quality assurance.
• Familiarity with the career and employment services landscape in Singapore.
• Strong ability to identify synergies across diverse stakeholders and organisations.
• Creative in solutioning and able to think out of the box when navigating complex challenges.
• Strong relationship-building and written/verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Genuine interest in career development and enabling access to quality services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen the ecosystem of career and employment services partners.
• Define and uphold quality standards for career and employment services.
• Support development of frameworks for quality career planning and practitioner competency.
• Engage partners from TACs, HR providers and IHLs to review and improve service quality.
• Monitor service delivery, gather feedback, and translate findings into improvements.
