Job summary

HSA Health Sciences Authority is seeking a Manager, Ecosystem Development to report to the Deputy Director and guide strategic leadership in business development and stakeholder engagement. You will lead ecosystem initiatives, analyze market trends, manage partnerships and stakeholder relations, and promote a culture of strategic thinking aligned with HSA's long-term goals.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Manages and nurtures key stakeholder relationships.
• Partnership Development: Supports identification, evaluation, and development; assists in negotiating agreements; monitors partnership performance and provides update.
• Organisational Influence: Champion a culture of strategic thinking, continuous improvement, and proactive engagement throughout the organisation, ensuring alignment with HSA's long-term goals and values.

What the role is

The Manager, Ecosystem Development reports directly to the Deputy Director and supports strategic leadership of integrated business development and stakeholder engagement.

What you will be working on

• Strategic Leadership: Supports development and implementation of strategies; conducts horizon scanning and research; prepares strategic analyses and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Ecosystem Development (including pro-enterprise efforts): Executes ecosystem development initiatives; analyses market trends and feedback; coordinates day-to-day pro- enterprise engagements; identifies operational gaps and opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manages and nurtures key stakeholder relationships.
• Partnership Development: Supports identification, evaluation, and development; assists in negotiating agreements; monitors partnership performance and provides update.
• Organisational Influence: Champion a culture of strategic thinking, continuous improvement, and proactive engagement throughout the organisation, ensuring alignment with HSA's long-term goals and values.

What we are looking for

Strong background in life sciences, public health, business administration, communications or related discipline is required. Minimum 2-6 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, partnership management. or stakeholder engagement within the healthcare. pharmaceutical, regulatory or related sectors. Demonstrated experience working with regulatory bodies, healthcare institutions, or scientific organisations is essential Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities with proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies. Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences including government agencies, industry partners, and international organisations. Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments. Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes in partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
