is seeking a results-driven ecommerce strategist to accelerate online revenue and optimize conversion. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service to optimize store performance in a fast-paced tech retail environment. You will oversee web-store operations, pricing, inventory, and vendor relationships while coordinating campaigns, SEO/SEM, and data analytics to improve ROAS and AOV.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute online sales strategies to meet revenue targets, improve conversion rates (CVR), and increase average order values (AOV) via cross-selling and upselling.
• Platform & Store Operations: Manage day-to-day web store operations, including product catalogs, pricing accuracy, stock availability, layout optimization, and site navigation.
• Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Coordinate promotional campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid search, and social media ads in alignment with sales goals.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, drop-off rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central bridge between marketing, IT/web development, logistics/fulfillment, and customer service teams.
• Inventory & Vendor Management: Monitor stock forecasting, coordinate order fulfillment policies, and manage relationships with tech and platform vendors.
