Dyson is seeking a Supply Chain Associate Manager in the East Hub to oversee execution across multiple markets. You will drive performance, manage outsourced partners, and ensure timely order processing, customs clearance, warehousing and transport while upholding service targets.

With 5–8 years in supply chain roles and experience with ERP/SAP, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, support risk mitigation, and push for continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifikationen

• 5 to 8 years of experience in operational supply chain roles with both in house and outsourced execution exposure.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, TMS or OMS platforms and strong command of Excel.
• Working knowledge of structured S&OE or equivalent operational routines.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with high attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Drive operational performance by governance and accountability across markets and outsourced providers.
• Act as main contact for escalations and exceptions from key markets; facilitate cross-functional resolution.
• Manage end-to-end fulfilment flow from contract manufacturer to final market delivery or distributor handover.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive speed, flexibility and cost efficiency.
