Dyson Institute in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end material planning, warehouse execution and operational control across manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will ensure material readiness, inventory accuracy and safe storage while aligning with Dyson's ISMS standards.

Our Singapore Advanced Manufacturing site plays a critical role in delivering highly automated manufacturing capability, and we are looking for a Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager to strengthen end-to-end material planning, warehouse execution and operational control across our manufacturing and warehouse operations. In this dual-focus role, you will bridge strategic supply chain planning with disciplined, floor-level warehouse execution. You will ensure material readiness, inventory accuracy, compliant storage, safe warehouse operations and uninterrupted supply to production, while maintaining strong alignment with Dyson’s Integrated Management System standards for quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and business continuity.
Lead demand review, build plan assessment, capacity planning, inventory risk assessment and customer supply assurance to support stable factory operations. Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Finance, Outsourced Operations and Procurement to manage product demand, consignment inventory, supply plans and material readiness. Review Material Requirements Planning for complex, multi-tiered component structures including electronic sub-assemblies, mechanical parts and plastics components. Oversee supplier quality, traceability and incoming material controls in partnership with Procurement and Quality, including vendor qualification and Supplier Corrective Action Reports. Establish, test and maintain supply chain resilience plans, including dual-sourcing strategies, strategic safety stocks and mitigation plans for local or global logistics disruptions. Manage chemical and adhesive vendors, including procurement lead times, transit timelines, shelf-life controls and temperature-sensitive storage requirements. Ensure safe, compliant warehouse operations covering receiving, storage, staging, kitting, line-side delivery, material handling and transportation. Champion occupational health and safety standards across warehouse operations, including Material Handling Equipment, racking layouts, ergonomic picking stations and PPE compliance. Drive environmental compliance for chemical storage, expired materials, scrap handling and disposal of adhesive packaging. Monitor key operational metrics including order cycle time, fulfilment accuracy, inventory turnover, scrap or wastage rates and supplier on-time-in-full performance. Apply Lean warehouse, 5S and slotting optimisation practices to improve space utilisation, reduce handling time and strengthen operational discipline. Serve as the functional lead for Supply Chain and Warehouse during internal and external ISO certification audits, ensuring audit readiness and timely closure of actions. Lead, coach and develop material planners, buyers and warehouse kitting teams, embedding strong process discipline, safety ownership and continuous improvement habits. Maintain accurate ERP, MRP and Warehouse Management System records to support real-time material visibility, traceability and inventory accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related discipline. Strong experience across supply chain planning, warehouse operations, inventory management and factory material flow in a manufacturing environment. Practical exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements, with familiarity in ISO 22301 business continuity practices preferred. Good working knowledge of manufacturing ERP, MRP and Warehouse Management Systems, with SAP or equivalent system experience preferred. Strong understanding of electronic assembly components, Bill of Materials structures, material traceability, supplier quality and inventory control. Familiarity with chemical storage requirements, safety data sheets, FEFO controls and temperature-sensitive material handling. Strong analytical capability using Excel, Power BI or similar tools to monitor performance, identify risks and support data-driven decisions. Highly disciplined, methodical and detail-oriented, with strong ownership of compliance, safety, accuracy and operational execution. Able to communicate clearly across leadership, suppliers, cross-functional teams and warehouse floor teams. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, engineering change orders and business continuity requirements. Lean Six Sigma, forklift licence, ISO internal auditor training or relevant supply chain and warehouse certifications would be added advantage.
