Job summary
Dyson Institute in Singapore is seeking a Global Supply Planning professional to translate midterm demand forecasts into granular short-term production schedules, balancing capacity with demand and reducing costs. You will partner with the BU, Manufacturing Engineering and Outsourced Operations to ensure coverage, monitor bottlenecks, and convert the master plan into detailed schedules.

Qualifications
- Experience in capacity planning, constraint management, and scenario-based supply planning.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related field.
- Experience with SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Ariba is advantageous.
- APICS/Lean certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Translate demand forecasts into master production schedules.
- Partner with BU, Manufacturing Eng and Outsourced Ops to improve coverage.
- Monitor capacity constraints across mid- to long-term horizon.
- Convert master plan into detailed production schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement to align schedules with material availability.
- Track production performance and report KPIs.
- Communicate plans and schedule changes to markets and leadership.
