Dyson is seeking a Lead Application Development and Support Specialist to work within the Global Supply Centre of Excellence. You will configure Kinaxis Rapid Response, collaborate with global business users, and translate requirements into scalable solutions that improve supply chain planning, forecasting and operations.

You will mentor the Dyson Authors/Contributors and drive deployments, ensuring governance and best practices while delivering value in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Kinaxis Rapid Response configuration and enhancements.
• 3–5 years of Kinaxis Rapid Response experience.
• Kinaxis Rapid Response certification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop design approaches and recommendations to meet business requirements.
• Configure Kinaxis Rapid Response interface per Agile/blueprint designs.
• Document enhancement requests and design solutions with business users.
• Analyze data to derive business metrics and insights for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with COE and technical teams to develop and test enhancements.
• Provide training and support to business users on configured solutions.
• Guide Dyson Authors and Contributors during project milestones.
• Lead deployment workshops to drive value from solutions.
