Job summary

Schneider Electric is hiring an Strategy Intern in Singapore (Kallang) to support long-term segment strategy, market analysis, and growth initiatives. You will work with the Semiconductors and Mobility Global Segment teams and develop strategic presentations for internal stakeholders.

You will gain hands-on experience in business strategy, data analytics, and market research while contributing to AMSP and TAHS planning, under mentorship from marketing professionals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a specialization in Strategy, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a strong business focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to create impactful presentations, analyze data, and support business decision-making.
• Demonstrates an ownership mindset, taking initiative and accountability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Naturally curious and analytical, with a passion for investigating business challenges and uncovering actionable insights.
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to “connect the dots” qualitatively & quantitatively for storytelling & distil the big picture

Responsibilities

• Become an instrumental part of crafting our long-term segment strategy project
• Analyse data to drive business intelligence topics (including sustainability, digitalization)
• Perform market research toidentify market trends and their implications on our businesses
• Craft clear and professional presentations tocommunicate findings tokey internal stakeholders
• Help prepare 2026 ambitions for Annual Marketing & Sales Plan (AMSP) and Targeted Account Handshakes (TAHS)
