Job summary

Schneider Electric in Singapore is seeking a Strategy Intern for the H1 2027 cohort. The internship starts January 2027 and requires full-time commitment.

You will partner with the Semiconductors and Mobility Global Segment teams to support strategic initiatives, market analysis, and growth projects. You will craft the segment strategy, analyze data for BI topics, and present findings to internal stakeholders, while contributing to AMSP and TAHS planning.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a specialization in Strategy or related engineering field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create impactful presentations and analyze data.
  • Demonstrates ownership mindset and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious and analytical, able to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Craft long-term segment strategy with global teams.
  • Analyze data to drive business intelligence topics (sustainability, digitalization).
  • Perform market research on trends and implications for the business.
  • Create clear, professional presentations for internal stakeholders.

Location: Kallang

Kick‑start your career as a Strategy Intern, partnering with the Semiconductors and Mobility Global Segment teams to support strategic initiatives, market analysis, and growth projects. This internship offers hands‑on experience in business strategy and the opportunity to contribute to projects that drive long‑term growth and innovation.

What will you do?
  • Become an instrumental part of crafting our long-term segment strategy project
  • Analyse data to drive business intelligence topics (including sustainability, digitalization)
  • Perform market research to identify market trends and their implications on our business
  • Craft clear and professional presentations to communicate findings to key internal stakeholders
  • Help prepare 2026 ambitions for Annual Marketing & Sales Plan (AMSP) and Targeted Account Handshakes (TAHS)
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a specialization in Strategy, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a strong business focus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to create impactful presentations, analyze data, and support business decision‑making.
  • Demonstrates an ownership mindset, taking initiative and accountability to deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Naturally curious and analytical, with a passion for investigating business challenges and uncovering actionable insights.
  • Self‑motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to “connect the dots” qualitatively & quantitatively for storytelling & distil the big picture
