Job summary

THE GROWING ACADEMY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking educators with at least 1 year of experience working with children.

Successful applicants will be trained to develop and implement Individualised Education Programmes (IEP) and conduct early intervention sessions, both individually and in groups. You will support children's communication, social skills, and school readiness while applying behavior management strategies and data-driven progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children is compulsory, minimum 1 year of experience.
• Applicants should be passionate about teaching and nurturing young children, and have patience and empathy when working with children with developmental needs.
• Applicants should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood, Special Education, Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs (to be trained)
• Conduct early intervention sessions (individual and group)
• Support children in communication, social skills, and school readiness
• Apply behaviour management strategies (training provided)
• Collect and analyse data to track progress (training provided)
• Conduct assessments and plan structured, goal-based lessons (training provided)
• Apply ABA techniques within sessions (training provided)
